What documents do I need for a FASTag?
The vehicle's RC, the owner's ID proof such as Aadhaar or PAN, a photo of the vehicle and the mobile number you want linked to the tag.
My FASTag is blacklisted. Can you fix it?
Yes. Most blacklisting comes from low balance, pending KYC, or a tag not matching the vehicle. We check the reason and get the tag reactivated or replaced.
What is the FASTag Annual Pass and how much does it cost?
It is an NHAI pass for private cars, jeeps and vans that covers 200 toll crossings or one year at national highway plazas, whichever comes first. The fee is ₹3,075 from 1 April 2026. We help you activate it on your existing tag.
Do you issue FASTag for lorries and buses?
Yes. We issue and service FASTags for commercial vehicles of every axle class, and we visit transport yards for fleets.

Can I keep two FASTags on one vehicle?
No. Under the one vehicle, one FASTag rule only one active tag is allowed per vehicle. If you have an old tag, we help you close it and keep one working tag.
